INGREDIENTS :
• 50ml ginger and rose liqueur
• 25ml tequila blanco
• 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
• Ice cubes
• Soda water , to top up
• Wedge of lime , to garnish

1 Select your vessel , we recommend a tall glass filled with ice cubes 2 Combine 50ml Ginger and Rose Liqueur , 25ml tequila blanco and 25ml fresh grapefruit juice in a separate cocktail shaker 3 Shake well until all ingredients are combined 4 Strain the liquid from your cocktail shaker into your glass with ice 5 Top up to taste with soda water 6 Don ’ t forget to garnish with a wedge of fresh lime
