The Newson Health Menopause Garden is designed as a safe , tranquil and comfortable space for women to reflect on their health , and to discover the nutritional and physical power of plants for mental health and wellbeing . Plants have been selected which will create a visually enriching yet calm atmosphere , and there will be areas and talks around , relaxation , yoga and nutrition .
Visitors to the garden will feel empowered to start conversations about their health and get an opportunity to explore Newson Health ’ s ethos of inclusive and accessible perimenopause and menopause support for everyone .
