The weather outside isn ’ t quite frightful yet but things will be delightful at Balboa Bay Resort ! This year we are offering a
guaranteed white Christmas if you stay any weekend in December before Christmas . The pool deck will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland complete with snow every Friday and Saturday night between 6:00 and 7:00 PM . Hotel guests can either enjoy a lounge chair or , if you book the Winter Wonderland package , you will enjoy a poolside daybed while enjoying Vintage holiday movies starting at 7:00 with a toasty Balboa Bay Resort blanket , basket full of treats and two cocktails by A & O Kitchen + Bar after the show .

This year ’ s Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade will be in full swing as the magnificent , clever , and often humorous displays of lights and holiday spirit pass by the Balboa Bay Resort . It is truly a Newport Beach tradition and not to be missed as a resident or visitor to the area . If you do not have your Boat Parade viewing plans yet , we have a few options for you . Book a Bayview room and watch the parade from your room ( hurry , these rooms are very popular !), or from a Courtyard room where we will be streaming the boat parade live on Winter Wonderland poolside screens .. If you prefer watching from the always lively A & O Kitchen + Bar , order from our new craft cocktails menu , special custom holiday cocktail list or very popular bottle service .
