My family migrated to Southern
California in 1979 when I was only 4 years old . My parents bought our first home in the Turtle Rock community of Irvine 40 years ago , where they still reside . Like many before him , my father had a dream of opening a jewelry business in the land of opportunity and chose the community of Via Lido , Newport Beach .
I started working beside my father in the high-end retail jewelry business at 16 years old . While it ’ s difficult to put years of experience in a few sentences , the lessons learned are now an important part of who I am today .
With 25 years of high-end retail experience , I love to sell , and have acquired the tools to listen to my client ’ s needs . For the past 10 years I have also been involved in home designs , staging , as well as multiple homes I have “ flipped .”
I quickly learned that high-end jewelry , like high end real estate , is a competitive industry . My customer service skills were honed and put to the test on a daily basis . In meeting so many interesting people with different backgrounds , tastes and budgets , I learned to listen first to exactly what my clients had in mind and then used my experience to meet their needs .
You must be respectful , transparent and honest in your dealings with everyone you meet . I firmly believe those are the keys to gaining trust which is so crucial to the whole experience .
