FOR SWIMMERS AGE 5 & UP In our Spring Swim Team program , children will be developing stroke work & flip turns in a fun team environment . We will also be building strength , stamina & endurance as well as participate in 2 swim meets .

AGES 5-7 Children will learn about ocean settings & atmosphere while building their physical endurance . Camp will focus on self-awareness & water confidence . The days incorporate fun-filled activities on land & in water . Kids will have a blast all while gaining knowledge on nutrition and health as well as basic first aid safety .
