So tell me about that amazing food and in particular the coffee. What is the coffee of choice?
Larry
There is normal house blend and there is our fair trade organic blend, that is delicious. The dark roast and then the decaffeinated blends.
We don't add any of the flavor shots and concentrate on the true flavored coffee that is original and the customers love. High quality, good tasting coffee is our focus.
On the food side we bake the majority of our desserts fresh. We bake our desserts three or four times a day, here on site and when we get very busy, we could be baking up to 6 or 7 times a day.
