My last tip is regarding good old-fashioned exercise. If you don't have time for the gym, wear a step-tracker. Aim for the golden number – 10,000 steps per day. Keep track of them on your holiday calendar and be amazed at just how much walking you are actually are getting in while being one of Santa’s elves!
