What do you wish someone had told you when you were
first getting started?
To chill out... I used to get so nervous when performing, worrying
about what I played, how it sounded and how it looked, that I forgot
to enjoy it. I wish people were honest and said, “Yes, you will be
judged and you may make mistakes, but, who cares?!” You’re only
human. Music is something that will be constantly progressing;
you will always have something new to learn. The best way to get
better is by going out and playing with others, doing a gig and
getting experience.

Just play. Make your friends learn other instruments, start a band,

What can we look forward to from you in the coming year?
Lots of noise! New music with a band I’ve been writing and
recording with called ‘Echo Boom Generation’ and more touring
with Kate Nash!
