Life as a pro angler is a journey –
one that is fueled by dreams and
built around a steady stream of
learning experiences. I don’t fish a
lot of tournaments, but I’ve been
around the sport long enough to know
that people who play the game are
among the world’s biggest dreamers,
and those who learn from their lessons,
both on and off the water, are often the
ones who rise to the top.
Bass pros can learn a lot from one
another if they’ll watch and listen. To
help others learn, we recently asked
several Major League Fishing Bass Pro
Tour and Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit
anglers to share some knowledge they
wish they would have had before dishing
out their first big entry fee.
Here’s what they had to say.
