Most importantly I try to maintain a positive outlook on my exploratory ventures. The places I go, the things I see and the people I meet seem to be building on my innermost stability blocks and can only be beneficial to me in the future.
The difficulty in deciding to return to a more popular venue where I am almost guaranteed decent fishing nine times out of ten or try somewhere new will always be there. And so I will continue to squeeze in these exploratory missions between the usual antics of the competitive season. I am looking forward to returning to some well known venues as well as a couple new spots on the schedule. But most importantly, I will look further into my surrounding towns and make use of the resources available to me in order to find new spots to fish. You never know....my new PB might be in that next little mountain dam?
At the end of the day, if I don’t go I won’t know....happy bassing....
