technical team is Portuguese civil engineer David Mendes. As a
project manager, his responsibilities at Barra Prime encompass
every aspect of villa construction, from the initial meeting with
the client to handover.

A face-toface meeting at this early stage is also designed to
instil trust and confidence. Transparency and synergy is vital if
a successful working relationship is to be forged and the main
goal is to work as a team to achieve the best result possible.
With the client rarely having the opportunity to visit the site
personally during the construction phase, David must be able
to guarantee the project is completed on time, within budget
and according to specifications. Legal requirements must
also be fully understood and adhered to. Barra Prime’s project
manager speaks English, French and Spanish, and the company
can provide fluent Russian and German translation, too. Realistic
budgets are fixed through a dynamic programme of cost and
control management, and progress is monitored on a daily
basis. Whatever is required, David and his team will provide
professional advice and technical expertise throughout.
