The blast workout for this month is all about incorporating exercise in a fun and
easy way into your current lifestyle.
Go to sleep a little earlier, set your alarm a little sooner, and start your day by
improving the already incredible person that you are!
Each exercise should be performed at one-minute intervals- doing as many
repetitions as you can for the time.
For this excercises, E stands for Easy and H stands for Hard. The descriptive text
is on Medium difficulty.
X-Jumps
Begin with your hands at your sides, standing with your feet slightly wider than
shoulder-width apart. Distribute your weight into your heels, keeping a flat back, and
lower down into a squat while twisting your upper body until your right-hand touches
your left ankle. From this position, jump up and immediately repeat the exercise on the
opposite side.

Do not lower yourself into a full squat (bend your knees slightly)
and only stand up instead of jumping when crossing sides.
Jump as high as you can, and lower yourself immediately
into a deep squat, jumping up fr om the squat position once again.
