Drink more water
There are piles of evidence that link
wellbeing with water intake, as well as
with reduction of unnecessary calories
that make you gain weight and lose
speed. Drink lots of water a day (for
details, read Muscles and Water in
Banza Health, January 2016 Edition) and
feel how you need less sugar and coffee
to stay alert, and you’re naturally more
energetic.
Eat healthy food and exercise
A healthy diet and regular exercise give
you sustainable energy and build up
your immune system, so you don’t get
sick.
Retreat
While it sounds counter-intuitive that
working less will help you achieve
more, holidays and breaks do wonders
for the mind. Try to get away for at
least one longer break a year. It takes
3-4 days to get down in gear, and only
after that your mind will start to build
up reserves. You’ll find you’re more
clear-sighted and have bigger strategic
overview after a break away from your
usual surroundings.
