There is more to a fat heart than meets the eye Roy Lollchand is a solid mass of intelligence and success. Like a pendulum, he continually oscillated between crests and troughs. But as a good sailor, he lived Christopher Columbus’ words by having the courage to lose the sight of the shore. As he looks back and reminisces, an inspirational account emerges. “I am not a chef.
