Presenter Maddie Moate explores the world around her to see how things work and how they are made. Using special cameras and animation, Maddie reveals the answers as she visits factories and workshops around the UK.
Exploring items in a child’ s everyday world from things in the home, such as the dishwasher or the toilet, to types of transport such as a bus or a car, and food they may eat such as pasta shapes and bread. Maddie asks and answers the questions everyone wants to know – What makes popcorn pop? Why do the horses go up and down on the carousel? How does a crane pick heavy things up? How do the bubbles get inside fizzy water?
