2. Bandros
There are two types of Bandros: sweet one and savoury one. Originally,
bandros is the savory one, made from rice flour mixed with coconut slices and
coconut milk and sprinkled with sugar. Sweet bandros and Kue Cubit are
quite similar, the difference is only the shape and usually sweet bandros did
not serve half-cooked one like Kue Cubit. The best Bandros for me is the one
at Jalan Cisangkuy, Bandung. Some say that this food is a snack but I would
rather enjoy this food as a morning dessert, companies with yogurt or iced
coffee.
