SA National XCO & XCC Cup Delivers Spectacular Racing at Thaba Trails
From 24 – 27 April, Thaba Trails played host to the SA National XCO and XCC Cup, welcoming some of the country’ s most talented mountain bikers for a weekend of world-class racing and fierce competition.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Thaba Trails, riders were tested by challenging terrain, technical sections, and demanding climbs that pushed them to their limits. Despite the obstacles, competitors demonstrated remarkable determination, skill, and resilience, tackling every challenge with confidence and grit.
The event showcased the very best of South African mountain biking, with athletes delivering impressive performances across all categories. Spectators were treated to thrilling racing as riders navigated the demanding courses and battled for top honours.
Beyond the competition, the weekend celebrated the spirit of the sport, bringing together riders, supporters, and the cycling community in an unforgettable atmosphere. The SA National XCO and XCC Cup once again highlighted the incredible talent and passion that continue to drive mountain biking forward in South Africa.
