CUT-OFF TIMES
The official cut-off time for the 21km is 4 hours, while the 42km cut-off time is 6 hours, with the following intermediate cut-offs to be aware of:
Marathon runners who have not reached 17km in 2 hours and 15 minutes may be asked to continue to the finish instead of starting the second lap. Marathon entrants who decide not to complete the second lap will not be eligible for any prizes for the Half Marathon.
42km:
• 21km at 3 hours
• 33km at 4 hours 45 minutes
21km:
• 10km at 2 hours
Sweep / rescue buses will be roving along the route to pick up runners who do not make the cut-off times, or those who cannot complete the race for any reason. If you are picked up, you will be disqualified from the race, and you will not receive a finishing time.
THE FINISH
Once you are over the finish line, you will receive your commemorative medal. You will also receive cold water and Pepsi. The Finish Venue for all races is the PHSOB Club, 378 Queens Crescent, Lynnwood, where you are welcome to put up club gazebos on the Saturday before the race. Please note that space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
There will be public vendors with food and cool drinks on sale, so bring some cash and have some lunch while watching your teammates finish!
MEDICAL MATTERS
Best Care Events is our medical support provider, and will provide roving ambulances and a medical tent at the finish venue. If you feel ill at the finish, you should visit the medics for a quick check-up.
Note: Do not run if you are feeling ill or have the flu. Please consult your doctor before participating in our event if you have any preexisting conditions. If you should need medical or other assistance out on the race route, please use the emergency number on your race number to call for assistance: 087 3303 911.

PERSONAL SAFETY NOTICE
There have been incidents of bag-tampering at events. The organisers ask that you please be aware of the people around you, and keep your bag close to your person on the front of your body. If you notice any person tampering with bags, please notify us immediately. For extra safety, we suggest you drop your bags off at our secured Tog Bag area – look out for the directional signage on race day.
