Recently, Chef Wijesuriya and his
team took part in the Chef Guild and
Culinary Art and Food Expo at the
Bandaranaike Memorial International
Conference Hall where they had
to compete and showcase their
culinary skills among the works of
international professionals. The
twelve team members received nine
Gold medals and awards during the
entire expo for their exceptional
creativity and workmanship. This is
the first time the Ballys Casino team
won such an award.

Ballys Casino Kitchen team has a
strong asset in Chef Padam Singh and
Lagfh Singh who is in charge of the
Indian cuisine that is presented to the
casino’s clientele. His exquisite Indian
dishes do not only attract Indian
nationals who frequent the Casino

well.

other East Asian dishes, Ballys Casino
Kitchen team has its own player;
Chef Wong. Chef Wong deals with
the East Asian delicacies that many
