MARISSA SOLINI IN CONVERSATION
- BALLARAT APRON FESTIVAL
Join American apron artist Marissa Solini in conversation with Gallery Curator Julie
McLaren. Marissa explores the historical and visual elements of aprons, from a child
wearing an apron to bake to an artist wearing one to paint. She delights in simplicity
and complexity of these aprons and how they start to mirror patterns in the lives of
those who wear them.
