Reds Under The Bed
Politics through history has tried to divide
people with the fear of the ‘other.’ In 1950’s
Ballarat, it was the ‘Red’ scare. Reds Under the
Bed explores the local history of the turbulent
1950’s and looks at similar instances and
contexts through Australian history where fear
of the ‘other’ has divided our community and
working people.
