Ballarat Synagogue Talk and Tour
The Ballarat Synagogue is the oldest synagogue on the mainland of Australia . Built in 1861 , the building and the congregation have been an integral and historic part of Ballarat ’ s history , including the 150-year-old Berstein tree .

Ballarat Fire Station Historical Exhibition & Tours
Visit the home of the Ballarat Fire Brigade - one of Victoria ’ s oldest - at the Ballarat East Fire Station . The building was recently used for an episode of The Doctor Blake Mysteries and is home to an impressive display of memorabilia and the restored 1938 Dodge pumper . Take in a tour which includes climbing to the top of the historical tower !

Soldiers Hill Arts Walk
The Art Walk is an initiative of the Soldiers Hill Artist Collective ( SHAC ) to exhibit the works of local artists . This year , the walk showcases works of art by 14 Soldiers Hill artists , in 11 locations : 5 private homes and studios , and 6 shopfront locations . The walk is self guided and takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes at a leisurely pace .
