ABSTRACT
This article discusses the administrative manuals issue in the construction sector in Colombia, primarily, in the process of being titled. The aim of the brief was to make a proposal of administrative guidance for the company Construcciones Mawiz SAS located at Carrera 7 # 12c 40 in the La Candelaria in Bogotá Cundinamarca department that serves as a tool for improving procedures, times and existing activities in the titling process that is performed during the sale of real estate.
