session off season and six day regime during
competitions. When asked, what your typical
diet is; Joe Bourne simply stated two
diets: his off season which is mainly
high carbs and moderate protein, and
his competition diet which consists of
low carbs and high protein. Joe sees
diet as 90% important in fitness and
competition.
