BAJAN SUN Bajan Sun Magazine In his own words… How long have you been acting? I’ve been acting for 16 years...I started back in Columbus, Ohio in 1998 doing plays with Living the Dream theater...From there I started doing more plays and then I auditioned for an independent film called A Symbol of Love in which I had the lead role. I continued doing more plays until I auditioned for the movie TRAFFIC that starred Michael Douglas and a host of other big stars. After that I moved back to my hometown of Dayton, Ohio with my parents and saved my money to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career I’ve never taken classes for but found a love and passion for in 2000. What inspired you to become an actor? Watching my 1st play back in 1998 inspired me. I always say acting picked me, I didn’t pick it...I watched that play and said to myself I can do that and I’ve been doing it ever since 16 years old. The hardest thing about this career is being patient and not giving up, of course having tough skin and FAITH as well. What inspired Walking Dead? I never knew what The Walking Dead show was and when they said it was about zombies, I said whose watching tv about zombies. Well 20 million people a week are watching it...lol... I just looked at it like it was another audition and I booked the part...I’m glad I did because I’ve gained a lot of supporters (not fans) I don’t like calling people fans.
