We believe it’s our people and their genuine passion for what they do that make Baird
unique. Getting involved in Associate Resource Groups is just one way we extend
our energy beyond the firm to the people and causes that are important to us. These
groups are created and led by associates from across the firm and total more than
1,000 active members worldwide.
Here are just a few examples of their impact.
ASCEND seeks to expand leadership
opportunities for women at Baird in support
of the firm’s goal of becoming the employer
of choice for women. Members actively
participated within the Girls on the Run
organization to further support their mission
to empower and encourage young females in
the community.
BAIRD GIVES BACK demonstrates what it
means to lend a helping hand. This group hosts
a global week of caring that includes more than
1,500 associates and family members donating
5,300 hours to 100+ nonprofit organizations.
