United Way mobilizes communities to support millions of people and make
impactful change in the areas we serve. With a focus on education, financial
stability and health, the organization fosters a basis for a good quality of life.
This year, all of Baird’s participating locations ran their United Way campaigns
at the same time in order to focus our efforts and achieve record results. In
addition to a high participation rate, many Baird associates contributed at the
Tocqueville level, which represents individuals who have given $10,000 or more
annually to United Way.

home of an exceptional performing arts
community, which helps sustain and grow
talent and diversity. In 2017, contributions
totaled more than $523,000, and the
campaign generated 92% participation
from Milwaukee-area associates.
