In addition to the numerous volunteer and fundraising events
hosted by Baird offices and associates around the world, the firm
runs two annual corporate-level giving campaigns.

United Way
United Way creates real, lasting change in our communities and
supports a variety of local organizations across the U.S. Their
focus on education, income and health are the building blocks
for a good quality of life, and help improve and strengthen the
lives of those who need it most.
In addition to contributions from Baird’s Milwaukee and Chicago
offices, 2015 was the first year that 21 additional Baird branches
elected to run their United Way campaigns at the same time as
our Milwaukee and Chicago offices in order to focus efforts and
generate more excitement.
Along with high participation, many Baird associates contribute
at the Tocqueville level, which represents individuals who have
given $10,000 or more annually to United Way.
