irst, I want to explain
why organization is key to
even daily mom life! If the
area around us is in chaos often
it leads to chaos on the inside!
I found once I started getting
things organized. I felt better
about me and the world around
me. Organization can help with
outer wellness and inner well-
ness.
Here are a few simple steps to
get started:
1. Everyone has a different meth-
od of getting organized. My
preferred method is pen and
paper. Being able to feel and
touch the list as well as mark off
that it is done, has helped keep
me calmed. But there are many
digital ways to keep organized.

store for apps. Google itself has
