I'm a big fan of just building the biggest building,
not tearing everybody else's building down. I
think one of the big flaws for a lot of my female
entrepreneur best friends that I'm watching right
now is they are spending so much time tearing
other people's buildings down — rightfully — let
this be very clear. They are rightfully tearing other
people's buildings down. I just want to make sure
they don't allow that gear to become their norm
because it is not a way to be successful in your
legacy and longer term. So, I would ask people
to be very thoughtful right now about how they
are going about it because you don't want to get
into patterns that are detrimental. And, tearing
buildings down in most circumstances, outside
of the extreme, is not a good move and a horrible
waste of your energy.
