STEP 2: DEFINE YOUR LANDMARKS
Your landmarks are the truths and measurable
facts about your goal. For example: If my goal is to
run my business full time, my landmark is knowing I have to bring in as much as I was making at
my full time job. And, if that is true, I’d have to
have X number of clients or sell Y number of products to make that revenue.
Let’s look at another example. If your goal is to
have a successful product launch, your landmarks
would be:
• $20k in sales to be determined “successful”
• Which means, 400 products sold at $50 each
• Which means 4000 store/site visitors at a 10%
conversion rate
started working on my business full time and am
currently living my dream. I took my vision and
my desire and added action to make my dream
come true.
So, what dream of yours is lacking a little action?
What are you going to do today to make your
dreams come true?

STEP 3: FOLLOW YOUR LANDMARKS
There is always more than one way to get to your
destination. Some paths are faster and some are
scenic. The key is to use your landmarks as guideposts along your way. To know what route to take,
ask yourself, what do I need to do to get there?
What do you need to do to have 4000 site visitors?
What do you need to do to get 20 clients? Break
them down into small steps that you can act on.

Hi, I’m Kathy! I’m an idea implementation
expert and project manager. I believe that ideas
are the life’s blood of a creative business and
implementation is the heart. I love the excitement
of an a-ha moment and starting to see the possibilities unfold. I live for projects and planning
every detail. I geek out on strategy and trying to
chart the most effective path. After spending 12
years as an event planner, I realized every plan I
created started in the same way. It didn’t matter
if I was planning a wedding, a corporate meeting
or a special project – all could be implemented
using the same method. It is the same method I
used build my business and the same method I
teach my clients through coaching, on my blog, in
workshops and in the Epiphany Idea Lab.
