so happy and felt so empowered.
Those were the women I thought
of as Debra asked these ques-
tions. She also asked which clients
weren't so great to work with, but
we’ll leave that one alone! But se-
riously I have worked with some
incredible clients, and I love what
I do.
I feel like everything happens for a
reason. There’s a reason why I am
finding my niche after 24 years in
the mortgage industry. My niche
business partners are women
real estate agents – which goes
very well with my favorite clients!
I work to keep them motivated
and excited about their business,
which in turn keeps me motivat-
ed and passionate to help more
people in their dream of home-
ownership. I am thankful that I
am figuring this all out now so
that I can learn how to help these
women. I have just finished a book
that I hope to have released in the
next couple months! If you know
