both my daughter’s life and my
sanity.
My baby girl when “in her feel-
ings” would make me wonder if I
had the ability to cope with what
she was dishing out. In the height
of it all, a phone call to my mom or
a good friend would be the thing I
needed to talk me off the ledge.
Boy, if I could only put into words
how grateful I am for having a
support system that allowed me
to burn a hole in their ear when
needed.
5. STOP COMPARING YOUR
FAMILY TO OTHERS.
A quick way to drain your spirits is
to compare your family & kiddos
to others. Let that habit go! While
your kid might be driving you cra-

own gift and talent.
Parenting is no easy feat but with
the appropriate supports and as-
sistance, we can get through even
the most difficult moments.
I only listed five tips but I definitely
have more I can share. Guess, I’ll
save those for another day.
If you are wondering about my
kiddos current status…….SHE’S
ALIVE! No, but seriously…..she’s
doing better.
Not to ignore the work that she’s
done on herself….. but I’d like to

downs of parenting won’t last for-
ever.
The next time you’re feeling like
a failure…..remember you’re not
alone. There are many of us out
there. We’re just like you just trying
to keep it all together.
The fact that you are seeking a way
to cope with your feelings says it
all. You’re already winning in the
MOM department.
Ditch the shame.
Chin up. Let’s rock this thing called
MOTHERHOOD!

Hey! I’m Nikki. I’m a Strategic Life Planner & Business Coach and Consultant.
I help Moms expedite their journey of entrepreneurship through a strategic
process of education and application; providing coaching and consultation
services along the way. I teach them how to build their empire without ne-
glecting their duties as a “MOM.” Amongst other things.....I’m also a wife and
mom of three wild and crazy children. I have one daughter and two sons. Be-
tween the three of them there is never a dull moment in my home; nor is there
a peaceful one. When I’m not refereeing or redirecting traffic in my home, a.k.a.
sending people to their rooms, one can find me somewhere with my laptop or
notebook working. My favorite time to work is early morning while everyone is
asleep. I absolutely love day planners and organizational tools. Dancing, read-
ing and scrapbooking are a few of my favorite things to do. I’m an extroverted
introvert; meaning I love people but enjoy my moments of solitude as well. I’m
pretty straight forward but tactful. I don’t make excuses and always search for
the positive in every situation. I believe that….”A Mom’s life is just different.”
