makes you feel guilty or that after-
dinner dessert that always tastes
so good, but then makes you feel
jittery later and keeps you wide
awake at night? They might be a
little harder to spot. If you actually
want to spot them at all!
Yes, I’m calling you (and all of us)
out. There are some forms of crap
that we don’t necessarily want to
see that way because we know
that’ll mean getting rid of it and
we’re not quite ready to do that yet.
But, I hate to tell ya... until you face
ALL the toxic things in your life and
start cutting them out, you won’t
be able to experience real change.
So, even though it’s difficult...
start looking around your life and
identifying what is bringing you
down, holding you back, making
you feel tired or sick, making you
feel unworthy or undesirable,
keeping you from reaching your
potential or just plain stressing you
out.
This my dear, is your crap.
Because I’m guessing the reason a
lot of it is there in the first place is
because you felt too ______ to get
rid of it. You can fill in the blank
- guilty, pressured, sad, angry,
“THE POINT IS TO GET RID OF ALL THAT EXCESS, TOXIC
STUFF THAT HAS BEEN BRINGING YOU DOWN AND
KEEPING YOU FROM LIVING YOUR BEST POSSIBLE LIFE.”
2. GIVE YOURSELF
PERMISSION TO GET RID OF
IT.
Again, you may be thinking,
“Whaaaat?
Give
myself
permission?
Obviously, I have
permission to get rid of stuff, it’s
mine!”
But, do you really?
addicted, satisfied, lonely, whatever
shoe fits.
When it comes down to it, the only
reason you still have it - is YOU.
But, I’m not telling you that to make
you feel bad. In fact, it should do
quite the opposite! It should make
you feel empowered, liberated and
free! Because
