While many activists are standing against cyber bullying, it continues to persist. Whether
it’s commenting on a poorly written blog or on a picture which is less than perfect, people do not
refrain from hurting others. The prejudiced opinions create mayhem on the social media which
ignites cyber bullying. The laden insecurities of people harm the young minds and pushes them
into an emotional turmoil.
While we cannot deny the benefits of social media, we still have a lot to learn on the
adverse effects it’s causing our young generation. The acquirement of popularity and lack of
compassion can devastate the societal norms.
