BeBe’s Holiday
Suggestions:
Stuffed Shells
2-3 lbs Italian sausage (out of the
casing, cooked and drained)
2 packages of chopped spinach
(defrosted and drained)
1 large container of ricotta cheese (24
oz)
1 can of grated three cheese blend
Red gravy mixture (3 large 24 oz. jars
of tomato sauce, 1-2 cups of sugar, garlic
and basil to taste - don’t be stingy) save
half for topping
2 boxes of large shells
Boil shells as directed on box
Mix all other ingredients
Stuff ingredients in shells
Pour extra sauce on top
Bake at 350 until hot
Garish with grated cheese and basil
This will feed a very large crowd.
If you have extra stuffing, freeze it for
future use.
Quick Microwave
Holiday Fudge
Line 8x8in pan with parchment paper
and set to the side. In large microwave
safe bowl combine chocolate chips,
butter and condensed milk. Microwave
for 3-5 minutes stirring every minute.
Once completely melted spread evenly
in pan. Evenly sprinkle candy cane pieces
on top. Put pan in refrigerator to cool.
