INTRODUCTION
As the Department of Health ( DOH ) began to ease some of Pennsylvania ’ s COVID-19 restrictions , PDA assembled this interim toolkit to help our member dentists return to practice while navigating all of the challenges posed by this unprecedented environment for oral health care practitioners and your staff members .
While you are obliged to follow DOH ’ s guidance , and already possess vast resources provided by the ADA Toolkit to address a multitude of issues in the reopening process , our hope is to supplement your road map

and fill in the gaps on any issues that might not be fully addressed therein by the ADA Toolkit or the DOH guidance . Our interim tool kit aims to elaborate on some key issues and compile this all into a single source document that will make your life easier in the days , weeks and months ahead .
Further details and components of this toolkit will be added as we get additional answers and grow our knowledge base on COVID-19 issues in both the short-term and long-term .
