Octopus puppet

Inspired by the Netflix adaptation of Remarkably Bright Creatures( based on the hit book by Shelby Van Pelt), we’ ve endeavoured to make our own Marcellus.

WHAT YOU ' LL NEED:

Coloured paper or cardboard A paper plate or large circle cut from cardboard( for the ocean background) Coloured wool or string Wooden popsicle sticks

Scissors Glue stick Pencil Googly eyes or paper eyes Marker or pen( optional)

STEP 1:

Cut out your octopus body Draw an octopus shape on coloured paper, with a rounded head and wavy bottom edge. Carefully cut it out.

A grown-up should help with any cutting.
