Ball : The official ball is 72mm and weight 23g . It is made out of plastic and has a dual core . The ball has 26 holes and can be scored or dimpled to improve aerodynamics .
Players : A traditional floorball match consists of 5 vs 5 and goalie . Players wear jerseys , shorts and knee high socks for their uniforms . Goalies wear padding clothing and a goalie mask .
Floorball Stick : A floorball stick is lightweight and made out of carbon or a mix of carbon and fiberglass . Sticks also have a grip that is similar to a tennis racket , and a blade made of plastic . Blade and grip can easily be replaced .
Length of a match : traditional matches are 3x20 min . with two 10 min . halves . Games can be shorter , but not less than two 15 min . periods . At the end of each period teams will change halves .
