Chef Manuel was born in the Philippines
and grew up here in Australia where he
started out his culinary career in Asian
infused cuisine.
His skills really flourished during the years
of his career in Sydney, heading multisite operations in Parramatta, Eastern
Suburbs and The Rocks experimenting
with French, Eurasian and Mediterranean
infused cuisine.
Manual has extensive experience in the
pub scene and the fine dining platform
right here on the Central Coast, where
he has settled with his young family.
Manuel and his partner, Adrianne, have
now taken the leap and opened their
own restaurant, Maximilians on the
Waterfront, at the Beachcomber Hotel.
They look forward to you enjoying your
new dining experience with Manuel’s
unique flavours and trendy pub style
food with a twist.
