“ German Engineering & Design ” - this statement stands for the highest development and production standards in regard to technology , design , materials and workmanship . We hold more than 100 industrial property rights . These include patents , utility models and designs . We are proud of having received various design awards for our products .
WARRANTY
Since we are confident in the quality of our lights , we grant a seven-year warranty on nearly all products in connection with online registration . All original Ledlenser products covered by our warranty include a product registration card . To register , simply scan the QR code with a smartphone or enter the indicated URL on your laptop or PC .
ISO CERTIFICATION
We meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards and are certified by TÜV Rheinland .
Quality management : DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Our systematic quality management ensures a consistently high quality of our products and services . Clearly defined and comprehensible processes enable us to meet our customers ’ expectations consistently and professionally . We also meet the standard requirements at our Chinese location .
Environmental management : DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 Our company has defined an internal environmental policy and precise environmental objectives . Here , the focus is on the establishment and realization of an environmental management system , to ensure continuous improvements – e . g . in regard to CO₂ emissions , the use of resources and other environmental factors .
Energy management : DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 We operate energy management geared towards sustainability . This includes measures to reduce the consumption of energy such as electricity , gas and fuel as well as specific risk prevention .
