It is a poem of three lines of 5,7,5 syllables:
Frog
Green and speckled legs
Hop on logs and lily pads,
Splash in cool water

a/ Have the students complete the last line of some haikus:
Fading light at dusk
Sun illuminates the lawn

b/ Give only the first line, students complete
c/ Give a topic: Yesterday’s Evening, The Frog, In the Wood, students
