Thank you all Mr.President ,First I would like to present my gratitude to the board of this congress
to invite me to participate this particular congress. I’m so happy,deeply happy to meet many scholars
from the Turkish society. That I would like now to present you summermark about to what the
Arab historian the through forty years known. As you known may be the most of you dont know,we
organise fifteen international congress on the Ottoman Empire,There is Halil İnalcık, İlber Ortaylı,
Halil Sahillioğlu, the most important historian they came to Tunusia and they participate to promote
the Ottoman studies. Also all this congress republished more than fiftytwo duplication of the Ottoman
studies.
Also we have very particular rewiev,Arab historical rewiev for Ottoman studies,now published
more than twenty three years. All of this publication more than two thousand new and academic
studies,It mean this is our role,because the new generation would like to participate to promote the
Ottoman studies and this case,in this case last congress,its fantastic and we invite the new generation
and they would like to tell to the Turkish scholar,its a duty to know what happen outside of Turkey.
We have many many meeting,many publication,the scholar the Turkish scholar we must note,for this
reason I would like also to say that we need not only to use the Ottoman documents in Istanbul,that
I want to tell you that we have,in Tunusia,in Algeria,inEgypt and in the archives a lot of Turkish
document on the relation between Arab and Turkish and Turkish and European. We must follow this
way,we must know what happen,we must have a dialogue,unfortunately, I say, no dialogue between
Turkish scholar and the Arab scholar,except a few scholar. We need,we need know another vision
,a new strategy,for promote this relation. Also now the new generation,the Tunusia generation,the
Algerian,the Egyptian,they dont know you. How you can transmit your message to them,but not only
the published in Turkish,the role the message to publish also in other languge,in English in recently
in Arabic. The scholar, Arab scholar they want to follow you,that unfortunately till now we havent
anythings to do it. For example we organised ten international congress on the purpose of archeology
Ottoman.Its fantastic,I mean fantastic,we studied this heritage,in Arab countries,in the Balkan and in
