Regarding the best reserach of the existence of this big and beautiful building in Prizren, were
done the analysis regarding making the same basis of the design of the building with the today called
“Hukumet Konagi,” as per the drawings in the map of 1913.yrs. (fig. 20).

According to the analysis, it can be assumed that the present building “ Hükümet Konağı” is
not inherited real government building, but it was demolished and then built a new one named not in
correct way.. It was determined that the basis of the existing building of smaller dimensions (20x12m
¹) of the building indicated on the map of 1913g. (20x12m ¹). Noticeable are other details that are not
appropriate by the photos as a form basics, semicircular windows without light overhead, decoration
etc.. Opinion of the author is that the real building is demolished as for the factory of today “Famakos.”
2.1.6. Construction of the office building in Mitrovica
On the basis of the studied documents show that the government of Kosovo Vilayet applied
to High Port of Ottoman Empire, for the amount of money that is needed and from what part of the
budget, will use the completion of a government building in Mitrovica, which began collected by
