According to the map that was performed in 1913 it is clear that the facilities that are the subject
of research existed on the same site. The key question of the location of the building (Fig. 18) due
to the scale and size, indicated on the map above 1913, it can be assumed that she was in the second
position (indicated on the map Ucumat, 1913.) That differs from the current location and does not
match the original. The existence of this building is indisputable, because they found a picture from
1880, though, the old inhabitants of Prizren is not remembered.

2.1.5. Renovation of public buildings in Prizren after the Reforms of Tanzimat
Government - Administration Building, Building “Hϋkϋmet Konagi”, located on the site of
today’s old mahala Bilbildere, her architecture is similar buildings in other centers Vilayet (Prishtina,
Bitolja and Shkodra). The documentation is researched at the National Archives of Istanbul (BOA),
found a photograph of the building with the inscription “Hϋkϋmet Konağı” in Prizren.
