2.1.3. Original pictures
Photos of the architectural designs of public buildings in the Kosovo Vilayet, gave us important
data on provision of different regulations, that confirms up to date importance on problem solutions
solving realized for 100 years, concerning urban structure of the cities, building structures constructed
under the western influence in 19th and beginning of 20th century.
Largest building constructed in 1878 to 1912th, not only in the capital of Pristina, but throughout
the Kosova Vilayet, Government building (Hükümet Konağı). The date of construction and the
architect of this building, during our research were not found until the date to this presented paper.

2.1.4. Sketches of architectural projects
Sketches of architectural projects give us important information about introduced rules and
regulations, which confirms that are of great importance for solving many problems in the last one
hundred years, to the urban structure of cities, the buildings constructed under the influence of western
architecture during the 19 th and early 20th century during Ottoman Empire in the territory of Kosova.
