In conclusion it is worth to be noted that the Gagauz collections of the largest ethnographical museum in Russia, having been gathered over the century, were various and even unique by their character. Items from these collections reflect ethnography on the Gagauz in the 19th and 20th centuries and are the most important source in studying ethnogenesis, culture, economic and everyday life of the Gagauz peoples. They are illustration of careful preserving of this cultural heritage in the Russian museum of Ethnography which is one of the largest museums in Saint-Petersburg. The collaboration of researcher from different countries on revelation and preserving of material and spiritual cultural heritage of the small population groups is the insurance of preservation of these peoples.
