Mogilyanskyi paid attention to such an artifact as oblong pillows (yastık, tülü yastık) – it is obvious Eastern influence in the culture of Moldovia inhabitants (they are found both in Moladia and Bulgaria). In descriptions of the samples the name of old red woolen fabric for the pillow with geometric pattern kırma or semi woolen red fabric ulama for pillow with dark-red and dark blue edging is indicated. Characterizing pillow-cases for pillows which consisted of upper and lower parts the collector noted different quality of fabric: the upper part – homemade material weaved with colored worsted, the lower part – fabric with geometrical pattern.
