INSPIRE The Infinite Intention by Justin Oberts Men and women lay starving amongst our streets. Pollution floods our atmosphere, land, and oceans. Wars consume the lives of millions. Religions separate populations at the core of the human experience. Youth bully each other into suicide. Divorce divides what was sworn to always be unified. Discrimination lands upon all of those who were born with unique qualities and gifts. The homes of vegetation and animals are demolished and burned for the “sake of mankind.” Yet, two children fall in love for the first time. New life is born from old life at every moment. Two enemies reconcile in forgiveness and understanding. The discriminated stand together and march in bravery toward a world of compassion. The sun still sets each night and rises each morning painting a picture far superior to that of any creature. Men and women let go of their thoughts and open their spirits to the universe of the present. Laughter erupts at light night hangouts with friends. And joy can still be found on every corner. We live on a planet that is full of the most vile of evils and the most beautiful of goods. It has been this way for some time and probably will be for some time. Regardless, though, of how our lives are and end up, the world keeps going, with or without us. The universe keeps expanding and creating. It did not stop with human existence and never planned to. We just happened to be one of the infinite miracles of creation and intention of the infinite; A result of an expanding universe. Some day each of you reading this will die, and your stories will eventually be forgotten by the world, and there will be nothing left to even prove that you existed. According to all we know about the life of stars, our sun will eventually grow into a super nova and consume our planet and "S o w h a t d o y o u t h i n k w e
