Our eligible members can now register for their vaccines on our hub .
Step 1 :
Access our COVID-19 Hub by visiting www . bonitas . co . za / covid .
Step 2 :
Click the ‘ Register for your vaccine ’ tab , fill in the form with your details and book your slot to get vaccinated at any of our Bonitas sites .
You will receive a QR code via SMS and a booking confirmation email and SMS .
Step 3 :
Follow the steps on the Hub and register on the Department of Health ' s EVDS system .
